Struggle- Free Pilates Mat Class with a Foam Roller

Enjoy Pilates but always feel a little tweaked in your wrists, neck or back afterwards? Unsure of how to modify the practice so that it feels GOOD?

This 45 minute Pilates mat class is designed for you!

This routine offers many modifications to support injuries, limitations and painful, weak or stiff areas of your body.

Learn how to ease back and shoulder pain and keep your neck feeling relaxed while moving your body through an enlivening Pilates workout.

OPTIONAL PROP I've incorporated a foam roller for some additional stretching, fascial release and spinal mobilization (a.k.a. getting rid of that stuck feeling in your mid-back).

The one in this video is a medium-firm density PRO-ROLLER® from OPTP but any density of foam roller will do. If you don't have a foam roller, you can eliminate it from this routine and simply lie on the floor.

PROPS FEATURED IN THIS VIDEO

Mat: Manduka PRO® Yoga Mat

Foam Roller: OPTP PRO-ROLLER® 36" Standard Density
