Duet & Private Small-Group Pilates
in Jupiter, FL
Build Your Own Small Group Session of 2, 3 or 4 People
Work out with the people you enjoy spending time with while still getting personalized instruction and feedback.
These sessions are designed for your private group — combining the energy of a shared workout with more individual attention than a traditional group class.
Why Book a Duet or Private Group Session?
Work Out Together
Share your Pilates practice with a spouse, friend or family member and enjoy working out together.
Still Get Individual Attention
You’ll follow a workout designed for your group while still receiving feedback, adjustments and options based on what each person needs.
Choose a Time That Works for You
Unlike a scheduled group class, your private group books a session time that works for everyone.
Work Toward Shared or Individual Goals
You don’t have to move exactly the same way or have identical goals. Exercises can be adjusted so each person gets the right level of challenge.
Lisa really knows her stuff and she is a kind, attentive and fun teacher.
You always feel she's helping you do your best.
She takes the time to get to know you and what you want/need from your workout and she delivers on exactly that!

Questions About Duet & Private Small-Group Pilates
-
You can have different levels of Pilates experience and still work out together. I’ll give each person options and adjustments as needed so everyone can work at an appropriate level while sharing a session.
-
Yes. Your group doesn’t need to have identical goals or move the same way. Exercises can be adjusted for each person’s needs — whether one of you is focused on balance, another wants to build strength or someone needs to modify around a stiff, painful or limited area.
-
Yes. Duet and private small-group sessions are booked for your own group of two, three or four people.
If you’d like the experience of a small Pilates class but don’t have your own group, Small-Group Pilates Classes may be a better fit.
-
It depends on your goals, schedule, how much recovery your body needs between sessions and the frequency and intensity of your other activities.
For most clients, I recommend two Pilates sessions a week. That gives you enough consistency to build momentum and make steady progress while still allowing time for your body to recover between sessions.
-
The session rate is based on the number of people who attend that day. If a group of three becomes two, you’ll each pay the duet rate. If a duet becomes one, the person attending will pay the private-session rate.
If everyone cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged as originally scheduled.
