Small-Group Pilates Classes in Jupiter, FL
A More Personal Group Class
Small-group classes are limited to four clients, so you can enjoy the energy of working out with others without getting lost in the crowd.
You’ll follow a shared Pilates workout while still receiving individual feedback and options when you need them — helping you build strength, improve mobility and get more from every class.
Why Join a Small-Group Class?
Get More Individual Attention
With only four people in class, there’s time for feedback, adjustments and options when you need them.
Enjoy the Energy of a Group
Work out alongside other clients while following a shared class that keeps you moving and engaged.
Be Supported & Challenged at the Same Time
The springs and Pilates equipment add support where you need it and resistance where you’re ready for more.
Never Get Bored
Classes use a combination of the Reformer, Tower/Mat, Chair and a variety of props, so no two classes are exactly the same.
I have a herniated disc and other minor issues like most people my age.
Lisa has helped keep me strong and healthy so that I can continue to enjoy golf, biking, hiking and keep up with the family.
I leave every class feeling longer, stronger and like I'm moving better

New to Pilates — or New to Working With Me?
New Client Special
The New Client Special gives you time to learn the equipment, understand how Pilates can be adapted for your body and get comfortable before joining a small-group class.
3 PRIVATE SESSIONS + 1 GROUP CLASS — $345
I've never felt comfortable in a group setting. I preferred to stay in shape by using my elliptical and free weights at home. However, after breaking my hip, I needed some help to get moving again.
Lisa taught me lots of things that I could do to encourage the healing process and strengthen the rest of my body.
She's so patient and informative. It's been fabulous!

Questions About Small-Group Pilates Classes
-
Some Pilates experience is helpful because you’ll be following a shared workout with the rest of the class.
If you’re new to Pilates or new to working with me, the New Client Special is a great place to start. The three private sessions give you time to learn the equipment, become familiar with the exercises and understand how Pilates can be adapted for your body before joining a small-group class.
-
You’ll follow a shared workout, but that doesn’t mean everyone will move exactly the same way. I’ll offer different options when needed so you can adjust the springs, range of motion, positioning or exercise to best support or challenge your body.
-
It depends on what you’re managing and how much individual attention you need. If you’re comfortable modifying exercises and know your body reasonably well, a small-group class may still work well for you.
If you’re dealing with new or significant pain, recovering from an injury or surgery or need more individualized modifications, private sessions are usually a better place to start.
-
It depends on your goals, schedule, how much recovery your body needs between sessions and the frequency and intensity of your other activities.
For most clients, I recommend two Pilates sessions a week. That gives you enough consistency to build momentum and make steady progress while still allowing time for your body to recover between sessions.
-
Please still come! Because class starts on time and everyone is following the same workout, you’ll join in with whatever the group is doing when you arrive. The class will still end at the scheduled time.
-
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before class. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full price of the missed class.
