Private & Small-Group Sessions

Personalized Pilates
in Jupiter, FL

Join me in Jupiter for private and small-group Pilates sessions shaped around your goals, experience and individual needs. Together, we’ll build the strength, mobility and confidence to thrive — keeping you active and able to enjoy the things you love.

What Type of Pilates Session Is Right for You?

The best fit depends on how much individual support you want, who you’d like to work out with and how comfortable you are working within a group.

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions built around your goals, experience and individual needs.

Best if you’re managing pain or injury, returning to exercise or simply want the most personalized support.

Duet & Private Group Sessions

Personalized sessions for two to four people who want to work out together.

Best for couples, friends or family members who enjoy sharing the experience while still receiving individual attention.

Group Classes

A more personal class experience, limited to four clients.

Best if you have some Pilates experience and feel comfortable working within a class format.

Still Not Sure Where to Begin?

New Client Special

Most people begin with private sessions, even if they plan to move into a duet or class later.

The New Client Special includes three private sessions and one small-group class, giving you time to learn the equipment, find the options that work best for your body and decide which format feels right going forward.

The In-Person Difference

Why Work Together in the Studio?

Online workouts make it easy to practice with me from home. In the studio, I can see how you move and adjust the workout as we go — offering feedback, changing the setup or choosing different exercises and equipment based on what your body needs that day.

BUILT AROUND YOU
Your goals, experience and how you’re feeling that day shape each session.

REAL-TIME GUIDANCE
Learn how small changes in alignment, speed, resistance or range of motion can help you get more from each exercise.

FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOUR BODY
Rather than simply avoiding a difficult or painful movement, we can adjust the setup or the exercise itself so that it works for you.

MORE OPTIONS WITH PILATES EQUIPMENT
The studio’s full range of Pilates equipment gives us more ways to support your body, adjust the challenge and keep you progressing.

You Don’t Have to Choose Between Being Careful & Being Challenged

Most of the clients I work with are in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond. Some are managing arthritis, joint replacements or ongoing back issues — and they’re active and want to keep it that way.

They want a workout that challenges them and keeps them feeling strong, mobile and energetic enough to do all the things they love.

I believe that the right workout should respect what your body needs without underestimating what it can do.

Dealing with knee and shoulder issues, it was such a blessing to find Lisa!

She gave me a great workout without pain and made it enjoyable at the same time!

Pilates instructor Lisa Day Harvey at Core Elements in Jupiter, FL

Meet Lisa

I fell in love with Pilates more than 20 years ago.

It helped me feel stronger, stand taller and — best of all — my neck and back stopped hurting.

That experience inspired me to become a teacher.

For the last 10+ years, I've taught in studios alongside physical therapists — helping clients recover from injuries and surgeries, manage conditions like arthritis and osteoporosis, and stay strong and active as they get older.

That experience shapes how I teach. I’ve learned that there is rarely one exercise — or one way of doing an exercise — that is right for everyone.

My job is to help you find what works for your body: when to challenge it, when to modify, what to work on and how to keep progressing, so you can build the strength, mobility and confidence to feel your best and keep doing the things you want to do.
