Pilates for Upper Body Strength | 45-Minute Resistance Band Workout
Build full-body strength with an extra focus on the arms, shoulders, and upper back in this 45-minute intermediate Pilates workout with a resistance band.
The resistance band adds both challenge and support throughout the workout. It strengthens the upper body by allowing you to perform many of the pulling exercises typically done on the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Cadillac—bringing the feel of studio equipment to your mat at home.
The band also provides valuable feedback and assistance during exercises like Roll Downs and Teaser, helping you engage your deep core muscles, improve spinal articulation, and move with greater control instead of relying on momentum or overworking the hip flexors.
